Aval Payasam

Ingredients:
- • ½ Cup Aval
- • ¾ Cup Sugar
- • ¼ Cup Ghee
- • 1½ Cup Milk
- • Cashew Nuts and Raisins
- • Cardamom Powder
Directions:
- • Fry the aval in ¼ cup ghee with ¾ cup sugar
- • Later boil the same in 1½ cup milk.
- • Fry cashew nuts, raisins in little ghee and add to the payasam.
- • Add cardamom powder and stir well.
