Aval Payasam

It is a desert. Can be taken after the main food.

Ingredients:

  • • ½ Cup Aval
  • • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • • ¼ Cup Ghee
  • • 1½ Cup Milk
  • • Cashew Nuts and Raisins
  • • Cardamom Powder

Directions:

  1. • Fry the aval in ¼ cup ghee with ¾ cup sugar
  2. • Later boil the same in 1½ cup milk.
  3. • Fry cashew nuts, raisins in little ghee and add to the payasam.
  4. • Add cardamom powder and stir well.
